If I were to rely on iPod flirting as my primary means of getting action, I’d eventually become revirginized. My music library includes the likes of Billy Joel, Bette Midler, and the Reading Rainbow theme song.

No. I judge others by their book selections and grammar skills, and expect my dream man to do the same.

Which is why I’m so intrigued by the COOL-ER, the Kindle’s latest bit of competition in the ebook reader realm.

The designers of the COOL-ER have taken a lesson from Apple, and recognized that…well…people are attracted to pretty colors, and love picking out the gaudy gadget that most perfectly reflects their personality.

Which means that the COOL-ER’s attraction potential is twofold: Fellow booktards will be drawn in by the color of your cool reader, but it’s your reading selection that will keep them in thrall.
